Our Constitution states that ‘all laws’ that go through Parliament ‘must have Royal Assent, in order to become law.’ Instead, they are now validated on a false claim that the Royal Assent is automatic. However, the power to grant this is part of the prerogative, which is impassable.
The automatic assent was invented by the Fabian, Prime Minister Asquith who gave the qualification based on the premise that Queen Ann had been the last monarch to send back a bill. The implication being that the monarch could not send back bills, whereas in fact, their power lies in the support of our Constitutional Laws by refusing to give Assent to bills that are unconstitutional. The Telegraph’s article fails to address the most critically important aspect of the case which has been omitted – the unlawful acts perpetrated on the Chagos Archipelago people by the failure of the British Justice system as it relates directly to TREASON committed by the British Monarchy. This continues to be upheld by the same Barrister of law Keir Starmar (who freed many lawless individuals, a freely given service) as he attempts to make a shady Deal to return the Chagos islands to Mauritius before Trump get into office.
The Chagos People were DENIED sovereignty and protection under the British Constitution/Monarchy just as the British People have been DENIED the same protection. The Chagos people were forced off their land and deported by breaching their Constitutional Rights just as in contrast the native British People are being forced to ACCEPT ILLEGAL MASS Migration amongst other unlawful acts by despot governments denying the British peoples and the colonies of their birth right to maintain their customs and laws. These were held previously under the protection of the monarchy as decreed in the Bill of Rights 1689 and several other constitutional documents. During the reign of our former Queen Elizabeth II these laws were treacherously breached without compunction. We the people are now left without protection against the marching NWO agenda forcing us (humanity) into a World Government prison. Successive British Governments and lately the ruthless unconscionable deceitful, lying STARMER and his band of merciless mercenary agents acting as MP’s, have been planning having enacted swiftly many changes, removing and destroying our inalienable rights without CONSENT and replacing them with fascists dictatorial rules. In 2006 a great lady came to wake us up, Elisabeth Beckett, only one other publication supported her throught, The Westminster News (few listened), Elisabeth was ahead of her time, she exposed the said TREASONOUS actions committed by our then Queen breaking her Coronation Oath against the UK and Colonies including the Chagos People. This was made possible by the shenanigans of our unlawful justice system, parliamentary cohorts and FABIAN Prime Ministers acting in concert unconstitutionally with impunity by unlawfully denying the people their sovereign birth rights.
The power crazy world parasites’ refusal to honour and recognise our sovereignty, speedily led to and enabled them to bring about the so-called COVID pandemic with lock-downs, forced false arrests, separation, masks and poisoness injections. All ingeniously planned a number of years ago, permitted and executed whilst humanity slept. Thus far, millions have died world-wide as a result of the mainstream medical sorcery.
