While Solfeggio Frequencies have a long history, they were largely forgotten for many years.
It was in the 1970s that Dr. Joseph Puleo, a renowned naturopathic physician, and researcher, rediscovered them.
Dr. Puleo came across the Solfeggio Frequencies while studying the Book of Numbers in the Bible.
He noticed that certain passages contained a series of six repeating codes, an ancient 6-tone scale which he believed corresponded to the six notes of the Solfeggio scale.
He also found that these codes were linked to a set of ancient frequencies that had been used for healing purposes in biblical times.

This image shows all of the frequencies that are embedded into each track on the True Solfeggio album. There are 3 frequencies that sit embedded in each instrumental track. These are pure sine wave frequencies that I generated using a frequency generator, which I then set out to build the instrumental tracks around. All of these frequencies stem from a keynote tuning of A = 432 Hz
