Axel Rudakubana’s father Alphonse, did not enter the UK as a refugee as a viral Twitter post claimed. He legally immigrated to the UK in 2002, after he was discharged from Kagame’s army for being underage and having issues with rage.

This investigation explores the complex case of Alphonse Rudakubana, a former child soldier in Rwanda’s “Killing Machines Army,” and examines the broader geopolitical and social influences that may have contributed to his and his son Axel Rudakubana’s violent actions in the UK. The report highlights troubling links between Rwanda’s oppressive regime, Western support and complicity, disinformation campaigns, and the involvement of influential political figures such as Tony and Cherie Blair. It raises critical questions about systemic exploitation, psychological manipulation, and international collusion in enabling regimes accused of mass atrocities.

Alphonse Rudakubana served in Rwanda’s notorious “Killing Machines Army,” a military self-described as an unstoppable force of violence under the regime of Paul Kagame. Discharged around 1995 for being underage and exhibiting rage issues, Alphonse later immigrated legally to the UK in 2002, not as a refugee but through a process that raises questions about oversight and potential covert facilitation. His son, Axel Rudakubana, committed a heinous murder in Southport, England, in August 2024. Investigations and testimonies suggest that Alphonse’s background, particularly his association with Rwanda’s brutal military culture, may have influenced Axel’s actions.

The Rwandan Military Culture and Its Influence – The “Killing Machines Army” and Its Doctrine

The Rwandan army, under Kagame, openly describes itself as a “Killing Machines Army.” High-ranking officials have bragged about training generations of soldiers to become more skilled at killing than their predecessors, emphasizing a culture of violence and death.  Kagame’s orders aimed to create an army capable of destruction with no mercy, and the military culture ingrained in Rwanda’s youth has fostered a society where violence and obedience are normalized.
Child soldiers were routinely recruited during conflict, and the environment cultivated in Rwanda’s military institutions has lasting effects on individuals like Alphonse and Axel.

The Impact of Military Indoctrination

Growing up in such a violent environment, especially with early exposure to combat and kill-or-be-killed mentality, significantly influences psychological development. Uwacu emphasizes that children in Rwanda are often trained to kill from a young age, and military service is lifelong, making it unusual for individuals to leave such environments peacefully. The environment fosters a culture where leaving the army is potentially punished by death, further entrenching violence within society. Western Support for Rwanda’s Regime and Its Consequences  Western Ties and Complicity. The UK, USA, and Canada have historically supported Kagame’s regime through financial aid, diplomatic backing, and strategic alliances, despite widespread evidence of systemic human rights abuses and war crimes.Tony Blair has played a prominent role in promoting Kagame’s regime, hosting him at conferences, promoting Kagame as “Africa’s Mr. Clean,” and maintaining close diplomatic ties. The Blair’s visits to Kigali, including private flights on Kagame’s jets and Tony Blair’s promotion of Kagame’s leadership, exemplify this support, which sustains the regime’s power and impunity.

Disinformation campaigns, including viral social media posts, are used to control narratives. For example, false claims about Alphonse being on an MI6 watchlist or about his refugee status serve to divert attention from the influence of Kagame’s regime.Uwacu suggests that such misinformation acts as a decoy, preventing the public from questioning the true circumstances behind regime violence and the international support enabling it.The spread of false narratives that deliberately obscure the reality of ongoing atrocities, including mass killings, repression, and the use of child soldiers, serving as a tool to manipulate societal perceptions.

The Role of Disinformation in Covering Up Regime Crimes

These propaganda efforts may be used to intimidate critics, suppress dissent, and maintain strategic alliances with oppressive regimes for economic or geopolitical gain.

Cherie Blair’s Legal and Political Ties Representation of Controversial Figures

Cherie Blair represented Rwandan General Karenzi Karake, accused of war crimes against civilians, including massacres during the conflict. Her defense of Karake in 2014, claiming he was “a hero in Rwanda,” underscores her close ties to Kagame’s regime. Karake was arrested on an international warrant but was released on bail and later freed on a legal technicality, illustrating the controversial nature of her legal work for figures implicated in mass violence.

Business Interests and International Influence

The Blair family’s involvement in lucrative consultancy work, charities, and influence-peddling in Africa and the Middle East is well documented. Cherie Blair’s work with Omnia Strategy and her connections to influential figures in regimes accused of human rights abuses suggest a pattern of leveraging influence for financial gain. Blair’s promotion of Kagame as “Africa’s model leader” and his frequent visits to Kigali, including private flights, indicate a close relationship that may support the regime’s legitimacy despite its documented atrocities.

The Blair family’s engagement with corrupt regimes, including the promotion of multibillion-dollar deals, exemplifies how Western political figures can facilitate or enable oppressive regimes through diplomatic ties and propaganda. The UK’s recent deal to send migrants to Rwanda, and Blair’s longstanding friendship with Kagame, highlight ongoing complicity and support for regimes with a history of mass killings.

The Influence of Social Engineering and Psychological Tools
Multiculturalism and Diversity as Social Engineering Tools

  1.  Initiatives promoted by organizations linked to Blair, such as Common Purpose founded by Julia Middleton and the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, are alleged to serve as modern social engineering tools.Tony Blair’s involvement extends beyond mere political influence; he has actively championed policies promoting diversity and multiculturalism, often through organizations like Common Purpose.
  2. These organizations and policies are suspected by critics to function as mind control tools, designed to manipulate societal attitudes, foster division, and embed ideological narratives that serve regime interests.
  3.  Author, Louise Uwacu links these policies to psychological manipulation used in Rwanda to perpetuate division, control, and obedience, especially in a society with a history of violence and repression.

The Use of Child Soldiers and Cultures of Violence

The environment in Rwanda’s military, where children are trained to kill and military service is lifelong, has lasting effects on individuals’ mental health and societal stability. Axel Rudakubana’s violent actions in Southport may be rooted in this culture of violence, influenced by his father’s military background and the societal norms ingrained in Rwanda’s military and political systems.

The Influence of Social Engineering, Psychological Tools,
Multiculturalism, Diversity, and the Tavistock Institute’s Role all including Global Mind Control

The Tavistock Institute, a British organization with a long history of involvement in psychological warfare, social engineering, and mind control research, is often cited by researchers and critics as a central player in shaping societal perceptions at a subconscious level. It is alleged that the Tavistock Institute’s methods have been employed worldwide, including in Rwanda, to influence public consciousness, promote division, obedience, and social compliance—techniques used to facilitate control over populations. Tony Blair’s Institute for Global Change is believed to incorporate principles and techniques inspired by or derived from the Tavistock’s research, especially in promoting multiculturalism and diversity policies.  These tools are suspected to be used to weaken societal cohesion, create divisions, and cultivate obedient populations that are more susceptible to manipulation.

Application in Rwanda and Beyond

Lousie  Uwacu links these psychological and social engineering tools to ongoing manipulation in Rwanda, where division and obedience are cultivated from a young age through state-sponsored indoctrination, military training, and international influence.
The use of mind control techniques within the framework of multicultural policies and military indoctrination has created an environment where violence, obedience, and repression are normalized, particularly in societies with histories of conflict and trauma.

A Voice Exposing the Regime’s True Nature

Louise Uwacu is a prominent Rwandan activist, author, and talk show host who fled what she describes as the “Kagamistan dictatorship,” the regime of Paul Kagame. An outspoken critic of human rights abuses and Western support for oppressive governments, Uwacu has dedicated her life to exposing the truth about Rwanda’s regime and its impact on society, she authored the book The WRITIVIST*: War is WRITE explores the power of storytelling and creative resistance in the face of violence and oppression. While the book emphasizes the importance of narratives in challenging injustice, Uwacu’s broader activism sheds light on her personal experiences and concerns regarding Rwanda’s ongoing issues. She has been vocal about systemic violence, mass killings, and the influence of international actors supporting oppressive regimes like Kagame’s government. Uwacu has expressed concerns about Western countries, particularly the UK, and their role in enabling Kagame through diplomatic support, financial aid, and disinformation campaigns. She also criticizes social engineering tools, including multiculturalism policies promoted by Western organizations such as Common Purpose, which she believes manipulate societal perceptions and serve to entrench regimes like Kagame’s. Her activism has led to threats, hacking of her social media accounts, and censorship, which she attributes to efforts by the Kagame regime to silence dissent and control the narrative. Uwacu’s work highlights the vital role of whistleblowers and activists in exposing systemic abuses and the hidden agendas behind international support.

Broader Implications and Conclusions

The cumulative evidence suggests a pattern of international support, systemic violence, disinformation, and social engineering that sustains oppressive regimes like Kagame’s in Rwanda. Western political figures, including Tony Blair and Cherie Blair, have maintained close ties with Kagame’s government, often overlooking or dismissing reports of atrocities. Louise Uwacu’s activism underscores the importance of exposing these hidden truths, highlighting the dangers of disinformation and societal manipulation. The interconnection of military indoctrination, Western support, psychological tools, and political influence creates a complex web that facilitates ongoing violence and repression.

Support efforts to combat disinformation and promote truthful narratives about regime violence and international complicity.

Strengthen protections for activists and whistleblowers like Uwacu working to expose systemic abuses.

There is a call for the deportation of all individuals who have come to Britain and committed harm, including the family and parents of Axel Rudakubana, should be deported.

There is a need for education about the dangers of social engineering policies and their potential to cause societal harm.
