It is essential for every man and woman whose root ancestors were born on these Isles, as well as for those who are descended from the British Colonies, to understand the following explicit Freedom of Information Request (FOI) submitted several years ago, in 2011, by J. Garratt and addressed to the Privy Council. This request raises very important and pertinent questions that directly pertain to the core issues concerning the former Monarch. To date, the questions have never been answered.

Dear Judicial Committee of the Privy Council,
With regards to the Treaties given Accent by the woman known as HRH Queen Elizabeth II since her coronation I demand answers under the Freedom of Information to the following.
1 – Upon creation of and the passing of the EEC Act 1972 , has the Queen Abdicated the Throne?
2- Upon giving Accent to the Lisbon Treaty has the woman known as HRH Queen Elizabeth II surrendered her sovereignty to the EU?
3 – Does the woman known as HRH Queen Elizabeth II know by giving Accent to the EEC Act 1972 , Treaty of Rome , Maastricht Treaty , Lisbon Treaty etc has breached her CORONATION OATH and committed TREASON & SEDITION and in doing so breached and violated the COMMON LAW of England which is the highest law in the land and bases of ALL law in the land?
4 – Has the woman known as HRH Queen Elizabeth II knowingly committed TREASON & SEDITION , and if so by WHOM WAS SHE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO?
5 – It is TREASON & SEDITION to give financial aid , comfort and support to any foreign power , person , government , organization whom then uses that financial aid to try and destroy the sovereignty of this country…..does the woman known as HRH Queen Elizabeth II know that all her Governments since the EEC Act 1972 have COMMITTED TREASON & SEDITION and by implication since she has not dissolved Parliament and sacked those Governments she herself has committed TREASON & SEDITION?

Madam, is your Majesty willing to take the Oath?
And the Queen answering,
I am willing.
The Archbishop shall minister these questions; and The Queen, having a book in her hands, shall answer each question severally as follows:
Archbishop. Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the Peoples of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Union of South Africa, Pakistan, and Ceylon, and of your Possessions and the other Territories to any of them belonging or pertaining, according to their respective laws and customs?
Queen. I solemnly promise so to do.
Archbishop. Will you to your power cause Law and Justice, in Mercy, to be executed in all your judgements?
Queen. I will.
Archbishop. Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the Laws of God and the true profession of the Gospel? Will you to the utmost of your power maintain in the United Kingdom the Protestant Reformed Religion established by law? Will you maintain and preserve inviolably the settlement of the Church of England, and the doctrine, worship, discipline, and government thereof, as by law established in England? And will you preserve unto the Bishops and Clergy of England, and to the Churches there committed to their charge, all such rights and privileges, as by law do or shall appertain to them or any of them?
Queen. All this I promise to do.
Then the Queen arising out of her Chair, supported as before, the Sword of State being carried before her, shall go to the Altar, and make her solemn Oath in the sight of all the people to observe the premisses: laying her right hand upon the Holy Gospel in the great Bible (which was before carried in the procession and is now brought from the Altar by the Arch-bishop, and tendered to her as she kneels upon the steps), and saying these words:
The things which I have here before promised, I will perform and keep. So help me God.
Then the Queen shall kiss the Book and sign the Oath.
The Queen having thus taken her Oath shall return again to her Chair, and the Bible shall be delivered to the Dean of Westminster.
The woman known as HRH Queen Elizabeth II has clearly breached and violated her Coronation Oath , and all her Governments since have also breached their Oaths and ALL have Committed TREASON & SEDITION against this country and it’s sovereign people therefore I demand answers IN FULL SUBSTANCE to ALL of the above FOI questions , and await your reply in 20 working days.

Dear Judicial Committee of the Privy Council,
You have dishonored my Freedom of Information request by not responding in the LEGALLY required time and are therefore in breech of the Law.
Therefore I am now demanding an Internal Review, if the information I have requested is still not forthcoming I will take the matter up with the Information Commissioner.
I look forward to hearing from you with the answers to the questions in “Full Substance” I have posted.

The response has to be at Law, at the Reformation of Legal systems, to halt intimidating and victimizing the innocent, halt the predatory practices of corporations, and revert to a simple behavioral legal system without endless rules, exemptions and exceptions. . . . This report is excellent and accurate. I am not surprised that the privy council did not make a response. They KNOW that QE II committed Treason breaking her Coronation Oath.

I am part of a research team in Australia. We have been asking the queen to restore our lawful govt. What we have found directly relates to your request as the exact same thing has happened in all Commonwealth countries.
I am going to give you an extremely shortened version, you probably won’t believe it, but there is mountains of documented proof I can provide, all collated for action by the International Court of Justice under a Criminal Charge. If you want details please email flora at reachnet dot com dot au.
In 1973, the elected parliament of the Cth of Aust, in a massive deception, resigned & started working for the Australian Govt – a body created in quasi private / public legislation by the then prime minister and his criminal associates – the then Governor-General and High Courts justices. They did not tell the people what they had done, so continued acting as though the lawful Parliament still operated with the vast majority of the people none the wiser. (Probably the newer parliamentarians were unaware of the deception, but entered the agreement lured by the higher wages).
From the 19th Oct 1973, until today – the men and women of the Cth of Aust have not had a lawful govt, but an administration, which is now a registered corporation in Washington D.C.
That pseudo govt was used by and in collusion with the lawful British Parliament to create the same deception in your nation.
The queen still stands as the lawful head or your lawful Parliament.
Which, like ours – no longer runs the country.
Therefore the body that entered the EU, etc – as per your demands – is NOT your Parliament – but a private corporation, calling itself the UK Parliament, using your assets for their personal wealth accumulation.
The Queen knows this as she has been getting our data for over 4 years and we have had some responses, but for specific reasons which I can provide, can do nothing overt as your Parliament, just like ours – still exists but is just not being used. And as she is NOT the head of state of the corporatise UK Parliament – then they do not require her permission anyway.
