Carriage and cancellations

For products which Namaste holds in stock: dispatch may take up to 28 days after clearance of payment. However, we aim to despatch within 7 working days; should we be unable to fulfil your order within this 7 working day timeframe we will advise you accordingly. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. We do not accept responsibility nor liability in any part for orders purchased through links offered for information purposes only.

In the event that you wish to cancel an order made with Namaste, please contact us immediately. You have the right to cancel an order placed with us within seven (7) working days of the original placement of order. Payment will be refunded in full only if the item(s) ordered have not already been dispatched. Should your order have already been dispatched, we shall refund the cost of your order, excluding postage, as soon as the order has been returned to us in its original condition and fit for resale.

If returning goods to us: Please note that proof of postage must be obtained as evidence. Costs for return postage are the responsibility of you, the customer, except in the case of faulty items. Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a faulty item.

We do not accept liability for any items lost in the postal system, or for any delays caused by contractors, beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
